Q1. Are travel expenses included in your packages?

Yes, travel within Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is included in all packages. For locations outside the city, a small travel fee may apply.

Q2. This is my first photoshoot. What should I know?

No worries! Most of my clients are not professional models. I’ll guide you through natural posing, suggest the best angles, and help you feel relaxed in front of the camera. You don’t need to prepare much — just come with a few outfit options you feel comfortable and confident in.

Q3. What happens if the weather is unfavorable for an outdoor shoot?

If we have bad weather, we can reschedule the session at no extra cost. Alternatively, we can move to an indoor or studio location if you prefer.

Q4. How long does it take to receive my photos?

You’ll receive a proof gallery within 7–10 days. Once you’ve chosen your favorites for retouching, the final images will be delivered shortly after.

Q5. Can I request extra retouched images?

Yes, of course. Your package includes a set number of fully retouched images, but you can always add more for an additional fee.

Q6. What should I wear?

Solid colors usually work best, and avoid overly busy patterns. For professional headshots, neutral tones or your brand’s colors are ideal. For family shoots, coordinating outfits (but not too “matchy”) look great.

Q7. Do you provide hair and makeup?

Hair and makeup services are not included in the base price but can be arranged as an upgrade if you’d like a professional stylist for your session.
